- Dates: Thursday April 7 thru Sunday April 10, 2011
- Time: Check-in will begin Thursday at 2:00 p.m. We will conclude on Sunday between 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. after a celebratory Easter lunch. Please see the Program page for more details about the schedule.
- Location: Peaceful Meadow Retreat Center, which is located on the outskirts of Boulder, Colorado.
- Cost for lodging and meals: $125/day per person, which includes 3 full meals + beverages and snacks.
- Cost for registration for lodgers: $55/person for the entire retreat.
- Cost for commuters: $38/day per person, which includes lunch, beverages + snacks throughout the day and registration for that day. $13 breakfasts and $15 dinners are optional for commuters.
- Transportation: There is a shuttle service from the Denver Intl. Airport to downtown Boulder. We will then provide a shuttle from that location to the retreat center. Shuttle service will also be provided back on Sunday.
How do I register for the Retreat? Please fill out the form on the Registration Page. Diane Labrecque will contact you by phone to get detailed information, such as how many people are in your party and your payment information. If you are planning on lodging at the retreat center, she will give you the contact name and telephone number for you to call and make your overnight reservations.
Are the facilities wheelchair accessible? Yes, for the most part. The sleeping quarters are upstairs but there is one bedroom downstairs available for participants who have limited mobility, which has 3 twin-size beds.
